Efficiency Standards for Heat Pumps:

Central - Air Source:      SEER    12        HSPF/COP    7.4

Ground Source:              SEER    11.0     HSPF/COP    2.8

Tri-State G & T, Wheat Belt's power supplier, and Wheat Belt match electric heat payments.

Heat pumps, central, air-source w/ETS or non-electric back-up:  $300/ton

Heat pumps, central, air-source with electric back-up:  $250/ton

Heat pumps, ground source:  $300/ton

Water Heaters - minimum size 30 gallon and a minimum six-year warranty on tank

New installation/conversion wiring assistance: up to $150

Basic Tri-State/Wheat Belt PPD combined rebate - $70 per unit

Marathon-Wheat Belt PPD - $4 per gallon / Tri-State $50 per unit

$25 per unit additional incentive for lifetime tank warranty

$100 per unit for direct exchange ground source heat pump
