We know this is a busy time of the year for farmers, and Wheat Belt PPD would like to remind farmers to be safe while working around power lines. In this week alone, we have had two poles broken, and three wires hit by farm equipment, causing multiple power outages.

Please be safe! Always remember never to exit a vehicle if power lines are on the ground or laying across your vehicle. If you hit a pole or wire, please contact our office, (308) 254-5871, and report it.
